Service Description

I help those clients who believe they qualify to apply for SSDI, with the disability interview and on-line application process, after the client has gathered all information needed to complete the process. I review documents with them, and complete the on-line application with them. The initial application with the client's intent takes about. 5-10 minutes and then the follow up completion of the entire application listing the reasons you believe you qualify for disability benefits, the listing of the names, addresses and phones numbers of all treating doctors and all medications takes on average 5-6 hours. My promise to each client is that I will take my time to review all of your medical documents and will document, in detail, your medical conditions that prevent you from working or having the ability to fully function at a place of employment. My minimum fee is $250 for this service and the fee can go up based on the amount of medical records that needs to be reviewed and interview time needed for a successful completion and submission of an SSD application.
